5 out of 5 starsThe patterns are beautiful, but the downloads is a nightmare. I ordered six patterns,and two I have not been able to get. I followed the instructions to the T,but nothing happened. I kept getting sent back to the purchase page. Although I love the pattern’s that the sellers offer. I will never order them through Etsy anymore. Surely there’s got to be an easier way to download your purchases.

Customer only purchased one pattern from me, not six. The other patterns purchased were from other sellers, not me. I messaged buyer to confirm this. This review is about the customers buying experience from all the sellers they purchased patterns from, not just their experience with the one pattern purchased from me. They were happy with the pattern. I gave them instructions via messages how to download digital purchases and where to find them on the computer.
